Significantly Disabled. For purposes of this Agreement, Executive shall be "Significantly Disabled" (also referred to as "Significant Disability") if Executive is physically or mentally incapacitated so as to render Executive incapable of performing his usual and customary duties under this Agreement with or without reasonable accommodation.
