Signing Bonus

Signing Bonus. Means a bonus provided to a Newly Hired Eligible Employee upon acceptance of an offer of employment with the Company or a Designated Subsidiary, including bonuses provided to a Newly Hired Eligible Employee who accepted an offer to continue employment with the Company or a Designated Subsidiary after the acquisition of a business by the Company or a Designated Subsidiary or to begin employment with the Company or Designated Subsidiary as part of a strategic alliance.
