Example Definitions of "Similar Business"
Similar Business. Shall mean any individual, corporation, partnership, business or other entity which provides any products or services that directly compete with products or services offered by eJiva, including but not limited to, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, 2 Genysys, Siebel, or Data Warehousing solutions that were sold, provided or offered by eJiva at any time and from time to time during the last two (2) years prior to the Employee's termination of employment.... Notwithstanding the foregoing, a "Similar Business" shall not include a corporation that derives at least $500 million of its revenues from the sale of information technology services. Similar Business. Means the same or substantially the same business activity or activities performed or engaged by CEO for, or on behalf, of the Business of the Company or any of its Affiliates.
Similar Business. Means (a) any business conducted or proposed to be conducted by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on the Second Amendment Effective Date, and any reasonable extension thereof, or (b) any business or other activities that are reasonably similar, ancillary, incidental, complementary or related to, or a reasonable extension, development or expansion of, the business in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are engaged or propose to be engaged on the Second Amendment Effective Date.
