Single Family Selling Representations and Warranties. Means all selling representations and warranties made by GMACM in connection with the sale and/or securitization of Single Family Mortgages as set forth in Section IV-A of the Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract, in Part A, Section A-2 et seq., of the Fannie Mae Selling Guide or as set forth in prior versions of the Guide, and/or in its Master Agreements and pool purchase contracts (including in the applicable MBS contracts or variances).
