Sintetica

Sintetica. And its Affiliates, during the Term, shall manufacture and supply exclusively to ETON and its Affiliates all of their requirements for the Products for Marketing in the Territory. For avoidance of doubt, Sintetica and its Affiliates shall not manufacture and supply, during the Term, the Products or any pharmaceutically equivalent products for themselves or any Third Party (not consented by ETON) for Marketing in and for the Territory.
