Example Definitions of "SIRVA Data"
SIRVA Data. Shall mean all information (excluding VENDOR CONSORTIUM Data), whether or not Confidential Information, entered in Software or Equipment by or on behalf of SIRVA and information derived from such information, including as stored in or processed through the Equipment or Software.
