SiSCayman Agreement

SiSCayman Agreement. Means that certain Asset Purchase Agreement of even date herewith between Seller and Silicon Holding Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands and an Affiliate of Buyer ("SiS-Cayman"), pursuant to which SiS-Cayman is acquiring substantially all the intangible assets of the Business.
