SiSUS Agreement

SiSUS Agreement. That certain Asset Purchase Agreement of even date herewith between Seller and Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation, a California corporation and an Affiliate of Buyer ("SiS-US"), pursuant to which SiS-US is acquiring substantially all the tangible assets of the Business, and either SiS-US or another Affiliate of Buyer has offered employment to certain individuals who have been involved in developing the Business for Seller.
