Sixth Amendment Effective Date. As defined below

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. The Amendment Effective Date as defined in the Sixth Amendment, dated as of April 24, 2003 to this Agreement.

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. This Sixth Amendment shall become effective (the "Sixth Amendment Effective Date") upon completion of each of the following in form and substance satisfactory to Lender: (a) execution and delivery of 2 this Sixth Amendment by Lender, Borrowers and Parent; (b) the delivery to Lender of an Allonge to each outstanding Note, executed by each of the Borrowers, and (c) delivery by Borrowers of such other documents as the Lender may reasonably request.

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. Shall mean January 31, 2002.

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. The date on which all of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 of the Sixth Amendment shall have been satisfied or waived.

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. The date the Sixth Amendment becomes effective.

Sixth Amendment Effective Date. Notwithstanding the date of execution or delivery of this Amendment or any other date set forth herein, this Amendment shall be effective only upon the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as determined by Lender in Lender's sole discretion (the "Sixth Amendment Effective Date"):
