Sixth Bank Amendment
Sixth Bank Amendment. Shall mean the Amendment No. 6 and Waiver to Credit Agreement dated as of November 12, 2002 by and among the Obligors, Bank One, NA, as administrative agent, Credit Suisse First Boston, as co-agent, and the lenders signatory thereto.
