Sixth Floor Expansion Premises Rent Concession Period. A period equal to eight (8) months commencing from the Sixth Floor Premises Commencement Date and continuing until the eighth month anniversary date thereof (assuming a February 1, 2017, Commencement Date then through September 30, 2017), during which Tenant shall have no obligation for the payment of Annual Rent or Occupancy Costs on the Sixth Floor Expansion Premises.
