SKM Group Shares

SKM Group Shares. Means (i) any Common Shares purchased or otherwise acquired by the SKM Group and (ii) any Common Shares issued or issuable with respect to the securities referred to in clause (i) above by way of exercise, conversion, share dividend or share split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other -13- reorganization.
