SKYE INVENTION

SKYE INVENTION. Means the entire right, title and interest in all discoveries, improvements, processes, formulas, data, inventions, know-how and trade secrets, patentable or otherwise including those arising from Development under this Agreement developed or invented solely by any employee licensee licensor agent consultant or contractor of Skye or of any Affiliate of Skye.
