SKYE PATENTS. Means all of the following intellectual property or other rights owned, licensed or acquired by Skye or any of its Affiliates during the term of this Agreement: i) the patents and patent applications listed in Exhibit 1 attached hereto; ii) any patents issued with respect to the applications identified in sub-clause (i) hereof and any divisions and continuations of... such applications; iii) any continuations in part applications and any resulting patents that are directed to subject matter described in the patents and applications identified in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) hereof; iv) any patent applications and the resulting patents that claim priority from or are directed to the subject matter described in the patents and applications identified in sub-clauses (i) (ii) and (iii) hereof; v) any patent applications and the resulting patents that cover or are related to Development under this Agreement; vi) any resissues renewals extensions supplementary protection certificates utility models and the like and foreign equivalents thereof of any patents described in sub-clauses (i) (ii) (iii) and (iv) hereof.
