SKYWORKS SOFTWARE. Means Software that is owned, leased or licensed by Skyworks, or obtained by Skyworks (with or without Conexant's assistance) from a third party. Skyworks retains ownership, lease and license rights, as appropriate, to all Skyworks Software, subject only to express rights granted in this Agreement.
