SLA. The "service level agreement" document, which is a document created by Brocade and Hon Hai containing certain operational and financial terms agreed between the parties. The version of the SLA existing as of the Effective Date is attached as Exhibit C for reference only. The parties may change the SLA from time to time without amending Exhibit C or this Agreement
