Smart Module

Smart Module. Means the battery operated USB or Wireless device provided by CryoPort and attached to a temperature-controlled shipping vessel for the purpose of monitoring temperature and/or other physical parameters within and around such shipping vessel. For clarity, the Smart Module shall not include a device solely for purposes of external package tracking, and external (but not internal) package monitoring, performed by FedEx.
