SmokerOven System

SmokerOven System. Means the smoker-oven, together with such other equipment, furnishings, machinery, materials, tools, appliances and/or other items located at 1511 East 2nd St., Webster City, Iowa and owned and used by Lessee in connection with the operation of such smoker-oven immediately prior to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
