sNDA. A subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto, or such other form of subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement as the Administrative Agent may approve in its discretion, in each case executed by the Administrative Agent and a tenant of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries at Mohegan Sun or other venues operated by Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

sNDA. Means Blake's Supplemental New Drug Application for the expansion of the label for the Product, as such application type is defined in the United States Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, or applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, and which incorporates any of the Studies and/or the Data pursuant to the option to purchase or license granted hereunder.
