Social Security Benefit. Will be valued by the actual Benefit Employee receives or is qualified to receive at the time Employee elects to receive the supplemental retirement benefit, or if Employee has not yet qualified for the Benefit, the Benefit will be valued by the maximum benefit available to an individual equal in age to Employee
