SOFR

SOFR. A rate equal to the secured overnight financing rate as administered by the SOFR Administrator

SOFR. A rate equal to the secured overnight financing rate as administered by the NYFRB (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).

SOFR. Means, with respect to any SOFR Business Day, a rate per annum equal to the secured overnight financing rate for such SOFR Business Day.

SOFR. SOFR. A rate equal to the secured overnight financing rate as administered by the SOFR Administrator for an interest period of six (6) months (which shall in no event be less than zero), in each case, as of the date that is two (2) Business Days before the first day of each Interest Period

SOFR. The Secured Overnight Financing Rate as administered by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator)

SOFR. Means a rate per annum equal to the secured overnight financing rate published by the SOFR Administrator on the SOFR Administrator's Website.

SOFR. The secured overnight financing rate published on such date by FRBNY.

SOFR. With respect to any day means the secured overnight financing rate published for such day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as the administrator of the benchmark, (or a successor administrator) on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Website.
