Software Facility. Will consist of the structured specifications and the set of computer software programs designed specifically to accomplish characteristic selection, translation into final score or exclusion code, selection of reason codes, verification of scoring accuracy, and such other functionality which may be agree to in subsequent addenda; and written from the structured specifications originated by Fair, Isaac. Excluded from the Software Facility definition are all computer software programs and... specifications which are required to interact with a customer in locating consumer files for scoring, as well as all resultant billing, auditing and reporting programs; excepting those reporting and auditing programs defined by Fair, Isaac for Fair, Isaac use and defined in separate addenda.
