Example Definitions of "Software Services"
Software Services. Means commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and operate the Licensed Software on HCM's behalf so that it performs the contemplated portion of all services listed on the applicable Exhibit(s) in a commercially reasonable manner. Software Services will include bug fixes and corrections. Software Services will also include maintenance and operation of HCM's webpage as described in Exhibit F.
