Solicitation Materials

Solicitation Materials. The Disclosure Statement and other solicitation materials in respect of the Plan as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Section 1125(b) of the Bankruptcy Code

Solicitation Materials. Means collectively, the Disclosure Statement and the related solicitation materials.

Solicitation Materials. Means any materials used in connection with the solicitation of votes on the Acceptable Plan, including the Disclosure Statement, and any procedures established by the Bankruptcy Court with respect to solicitation of votes on the Acceptable Plan. 7

Solicitation Materials. Means all solicitation materials in respect of the Plan.

Solicitation Materials. The ballots and other documents required to solicit votes on the Prepackaged Plan from the Supporting Creditors in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K, and as may be amended, modified or supplemented only in accordance with the terms hereof.

Solicitation Materials. Means the ballots seeking votes to accept or reject the Plan, any notices permitting holders of claims or interests to opt into or out of any releases or exculpations, any notices of voting or non-voting status for any class of claims or interests, and any motion and proposed order for approval of the procedures governing the Solicitation.
