SourceBook. Means the SourceBook (or any other reference guide containing information similar to the SourceBook but designated with a different name) prepared by SCEA, which is provided separately to Publisher. The SourceBook is designed to serve as the first point of reference by Publisher in every phase of the development, approval, manufacture and marketing of Licensed Products.
