SPACELABS PRODUCTS. Shall mean any products designated by Spacelabs from time to time, based on, incorporating or built with any Spacelabs' proprietary ECG bedside monitoring technology or its 12-lead modules, including improvements and replacement products for or new products in the same categories as such products.
