SPE Documents. The Memorandum and Articles of the SPE, and any other document, contract or agreement hereafter entered into by the Manager with the SPE pursuant to which the Manager has rights, duties and obligations relating to the SPE or the Assets on behalf of the SPE, including, without limitation, the Transaction Documents.
