Special Amount

Special Amount. With respect to a share of Series B-[ ] Preferred Stock means an amount equal to all dividends and other amounts which have become payable in respect of such share under Section 4(a) but which have not been paid. The Special Amount with respect to any such share shall be reduced by the amount of any such dividends and other amounts actually paid in respect of such share under Section 4(c).
