Special Bonus Committee. Shall mean a committee comprised of Paul N. Clark, John B. Kliewer and Michele Yetman, in each case acting in his or her capacity as a director and/or officer of the Company, or any individual(s) to whom Paul N. Clark, John B. Kliewer and Michele Yetman delegate authority to administer the Plan. 4
