Special Charges. Means certain restructuring changes of the Borrower to be taken during fiscal year ending August 31, 2001 including approximately (a) $1,000,000 for a fixed asset reserve, (b) $1,000,000 for an inventory reserve and (c) $200,000 of severance package accruals related to the plan for a reduction in work force.
Special Charges.
