Example Definitions of "Special Mandatory Redemption Price"
Special Mandatory Redemption Price. For any Note, a price equal to 100% of the issue price of such Note, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon, from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the applicable redemption date.
Special Mandatory Redemption Price. 100% of the gross proceeds received from the Offering, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes from the Closing Date to (but not including) the Special Mandatory Redemption Date.
