Special Offering Period

Example Definitions of "Special Offering Period"
Special Offering Period. Shall mean the Offering Period commencing on the first Trading Day on or after April 1, 2008, and terminating immediately following but on the same Exercise Date for the Offering Period that commenced on or about November 15, 2007. All references in the Plan to an "Offering Period" shall include the Special Offering Period.
