Special Restricted Stock

Special Restricted Stock. Shall mean the 50,000 shares of restricted Common Stock provided to Executive under the terms of the Employment Agreement dated May 10, 1999 between Executive and the Company, which restricted stock is to be issued and distributed to Executive as follows: (1) 25,000 shares which shall vest over a period of five years beginning May 10, 1999 in three equal annual installments commencing on May 10, 2002, (2) 12,500 shares which shall vest on May 10, 2004, and (3) 12,500 shares which shall vest on...
