Example Definitions of "Special Stock Option"
Special Stock Option. Shall mean the special stock option provided to Executive under the terms of the Employment Agreement dated March 15, 1999 between Executive and the Company, which option is to purchase 40,000 shares of Common Stock in five equal annual installments beginning March 15, 2000, subject to the terms, conditions and adjustments set forth in Section 8 below.
Special Stock Option. Shall mean the special stock option provided to Executive under the terms of the Employment Agreement dated March 15, May 10, 1999 between Executive and the Company, which option is to purchase 40,000 50,000 shares of Common Stock and becomes exercisable over a five-year vesting period in five equal annual installments beginning March 15, May 10, 2000, subject to the terms, conditions and adjustments set forth in Section 8 below.
