Specific Clinical Condition
Specific Clinical Condition. Shall mean a particular disease process or entity that may have various submanifestations or presentations, but shall be included as the one clinical condition. Examples of different Specific Clinical Conditions include, but are not limited to, the [***]. By way of further example, each of [***] are within a single Specific Clinical Condition, [***] are not themselves each a different Specific Clinical Condition.
