Specifications Schedule

Specifications Schedule. Means the schedule attached to and made part of this Agreement entitled the Specifications Schedule that identifies the specifications of the Compounds and their design and other criteria that are targeted to be met by the appropriate party as modified and agreed to by the Steering Committee from time to time.
