Specifications

Specifications. Shall mean the specifications for the Product as set forth in the Quality Agreement which may only be amended upon mutual written agreement of the parties.

Specifications. The term "Specification" as to any Product shall refer to the specifications set forth for such product in EXHIBIT A.

Means the product uses, characteristics, design requirements, processing, labeling and packaging requirements, protocols and standards pertaining to the manufacture, supply or use of the MTWA Test Module contained in the Non-Integrated Product Development Plan or the Integrated ASM Development Plan, as the case may be, in each case as may be modified and supplemented from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Such specifications may be modified from time to time to reflect improvements (if any) by mutual agreement of the parties.
