Specified Account Debtors. 1.25 'Specified Account Debtors' shall mean, collectively, (a) Carlyle Syntec, (b) Therma-Tru Corp., (c) US Gympsum, (d) Whirlpool Corporation, (e) Delphi Automotive, (f) Teradyne Corp., (g) Olin Corp., (h) Kyphon, Inc., (i) US Surgical, and (j) General Electric Corporation.
