Specified Claims and Interests

Specified Claims and Interests. (a) with respect to the Supporting Governmental Opioid Claimants, Opioid Claims; (b) with respect to Supporting Unsecured Noteholders, Claims based on the Guaranteed Unsecured Notes; and (c) with respect to any other Supporting Party, such Claims and/or Interests held by a Supporting Party in the Company solely in the capacity in which such Supporting Party executes this Agreement.
