Specified Contract Terms. Shall mean (i) Sections 4.07, 4.10 and 4.15 of the Comstock Indenture and (ii) Section 4.07 of the CP Indenture, in each case as it relates to the purchase of Preferred Stock in connection with a Change of Control as contemplated by the definition of "Disqualified Capital Stock" under the Comstock Indenture or the definition of "Disqualified Stock" under the CP Indenture, as applicable
