Specified Factor
Specified Factor. Means, for any period of time, a decimal equal to one minus the Assumed Tax Rate (as such is listed in Schedule B for the period of time in question, except that the Assumed Tax Rate set forth there shall be converted from a percentage to an equivalent decimal for purposes of this calculation). For example, at any time the Assumed Tax Rate is 40%, the Specified Factor shall be .60 exactly.
