Specified Interest Rate
Specified Interest Rate. Shall mean a rate equal to 75 basis points over the yield on the Treasury Constant Maturity Series with maturity equal to six months as of the date of the Employee's Separation from Service, as reported in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15.
