Specified Investor
Specified Investor. Means (i) any SSF Investor, (ii) any Person to whom an SSF Investor may have assigned some or all of its rights hereunder in accordance with the terms hereof in connection with the sale or other transfer of some or all of the New Shares acquired by such SSF Investor, and (iii) any subsequent transferee of any or all of such New Shares and rights. -3-
