Specified Leases

Specified Leases. Shall mean the separate equipment lease agreements between Borrower and each of GE Commercial Finance Business Property Inc., LaSalle National Leasing Corporation and Citi Capital Commercial Leasing Corporation, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, restated or replaced.
