Specified Overadvance Usage Fees. The following fees: (a) in respect of any Specified Overadvance made on an Eligible Specified Overadvance Day, (i) no fee shall be payable in respect of the first Eligible Specified Overadvance Week during which one or more Specified Overadvances are made on Eligible Specified Overadvance Days, and (ii) a fee equal to $5,000 shall be payable in respect of each subsequent Eligible Specified Overadvance Week during which one or more Specified Overadvances are made on Eligible Specified... Specified Overadvance Usage Fees.
