Specified Stockholder

Specified Stockholder. Individually or collectively (in any combination thereof), Dushyant Sharma, AKKR (as defined in the COI) or a Permitted Transferee of any such stockholder, provided that if a Specified Stockholder forms a "group" within the meaning of Rule 13d-5(b)(1) of the Exchange Act with one or more Persons who are not Specified Stockholders, such group is not a Specified Stockholder.
