Specified Stockholder. Means, individually or collectively (in any combination thereof), each of (i) Jacobs Solutions Inc. and its Affiliates, (ii) Amentum Joint Venture L.P. ("Amentum JV") and (iii) each of the equityholders of Amentum JV and each of their Affiliates.
