Specified Subsidiaries

Specified Subsidiaries. Shall mean all of the Company's Subsidiaries from time to time, but excluding CF Finance-LaGrange, Inc., Charter-LaGrange, L.L.C., Renaissance Media Group LLC and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and the assignees and/or successors in interest of each of the foregoing.
