Example Definitions of "Specified Welfare Benefits"
Specified Welfare Benefits. Means medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability and life insurance benefits that are substantially comparable to those that would have been provided to the Executive and the Executive's family pursuant to Section 2(b)(4), if the Executive had remained employed by the Company during the Severance Period. Specified Welfare Benefits shall not include the benefit of making pre-tax contributions to any cafeteria or flexible spending plan.
Specified Welfare Benefits. Means medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability and life insurance benefits that are substantially comparable to those that would have been provided to the Executive and the Executive's family eligible dependents pursuant to Section 2(b)(4), 2(d), if the Executive had remained employed by the Company during the Severance Period. Specified Welfare Benefits shall not include the benefit of making pre-tax contributions to any cafeteria or flexible spending plan.
