Spinco Patent Rights

Spinco Patent Rights. Means Patent Rights that are exclusively used or exclusively held for use by the Spinco Business (including with respect to the Spinco Pipeline Products) including the Patents and Trademarks set forth on Schedule 1.01(f) to the Separation and Distribution Agreement, and the right to all past and future damages and claims for the infringement or misappropriation of any of the foregoing.
