Sponsor Amount. Means the number of Ordinary Shares held by the Sponsor on the date hereof (after giving appropriate effect to any share splits, reverse share splits or other similar corporate transactions, or any adjustment to the conversion rate of the Founder Shares in connection with a Business Combination)
